How to extend JINYINGRS485 or IP Access controller's valid date - old controller

Note: The default validity period for users of the old JINYINGACB-00 and ACB-T&R software is December 31st,2020, which has all expired at present, resulting in users having no permission and unable to open the door.

Here is how to solve this problem.

1. Change the user's validity period to after 31st,Dece,2020,that is ,extend the user's validity period.

 software version under V6.9,you will need to upgrade to V6.9. guide showing in following steps:

Step1：Auto card card---batch update

You will see all users valid date is 31st,Dece,2020.We will need to change the valid date by batch.

Step2: Choose Valid date and set the time you want as below:

Remarks:

If your software version is lower than V6.9 version software needs to be upgraded to V6.9 version software, the method is as follows:

1>Back up the software database: Open the software installation directory, find the database file (iCCard.mdb), copy and backup it

2> Download V6.9 software as below:

3>Unzip the V6.9 version software and directly overwrite it to the installation directory of the old version software

4>Restore the database: Just restore the database file we just copied and backed up to the software installation directory to complete the database restoration

5>After the software is upgraded, just follow the method of V6.9 to modify the user validity period in batches.
